We help HR leaders move from activity to evidence-backed impact, and help businesses understand the financial return on wellbeing.


We are at an early stage, with strong foundations in place, and are now building the commercial engine to scale.



Role Description


This is a founding sales role.

As our first Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through to closing deals.


You will work directly with the founder to build Kandor’s sales function from the ground up.


This is not a role where everything is handed to you.

You will help define the process, messaging, and approach.


You will be responsible for:


• Building your own pipeline through outbound activity

• Running discovery and understanding customer challenges

• Delivering product demonstrations

• Managing the full sales process through to close


For the right person, this is a genuine opportunity to grow into Head of Sales as Kandor scales.

Qualifications/experience


Required


• 3+ years experience in a full-cycle sales role (AE or similar)

• 3+ years selling directly into HR / People leaders

• Experience in workplace wellbeing, employee benefits, or HR technology

• Proven track record of closing deals


Ideal


• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment

• Comfortable generating pipeline as well as closing

• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills

• Commercial awareness and confidence with senior stakeholders
