Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Bid Administrator to support LivGreen’s continued growth in the sustainable energy sector. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the preparation of high-quality bid submissions and proposals that reflect our values and capabilities.
You’ll work closely with the Bid Team, as well as various internal departments, to support bid submissions. This is a great entry level opportunity for someone with strong written communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end bid process for tenders, PQQs, and proposals
- Collate and prepare supporting documents and content from relevant teams
- Maintain and update a bid library and CV/Case study database
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information
- Support the wider Bid Team with ad hoc admin and reporting tasks
- Ensure compliance with bid requirements and submission protocols
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident working across teams and building internal relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in sustainability and the built environment
- GCSES/A Levels
