Strategic Account Executive – Strategic Supply

About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive growth and manage high-value brand partnerships within a fast-paced, evolving online delivery ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in commercial strategy, delivering measurable impact on orders, revenue, and market share, while acting as a trusted advisor to strategic supply partners.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, analysing complex data, and turning insights into actionable commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the commercial strategy and growth for a portfolio of high-value strategic supply partners
- Support major accounts through high-level planning and execution of complex initiatives
- Analyse data and transform insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic sessions to align on objectives and priorities
- Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns and operational improvements
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with partner decision-makers, acting as their main point of contact
- Coordinate cross-functional teams internally to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in key account management or business development, ideally in high-growth or platform businesses
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience negotiating complex commercial terms and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor
- Project management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple initiatives effectively
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with a track record of delivering results
- Passion for the food, hospitality, or tech industries is a plus
