Summary
INFORICH Europe Ltd., operator of the global CHARGESPOT power bank sharing platform, is
looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Field Sales Executive to
support the expansion of our London network.
This is a true field-based sales role combining new business development, account
management, and in-market execution. You will be primarily responsible for securing new
installation partners whilst also growing usage within existing venues and ensuring
CHARGESPOT devices deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.
The role suits someone who enjoys being on the road, building relationships face-to-face,
and working in a fast-moving, scale-up environment where ownership and initiative matter.
About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will grow CHARGESPOT's presence across pubs,
bars, cafés, retail, and high-footfall venues throughout Greater London.
You will own the full lifecycle of your accounts - from prospecting and installation through to
activation, optimisation, and retention - working closely with internal teams to ensure
commercial and operational success.
This role is critical to driving distribution, usage, and revenue growth in one of
CHARGESPOT’s most important UK markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, pitch, and secure new CHARGESPOT installation partners across London.
- Sell the CHARGESPOT proposition clearly and confidently to venue owners and operators.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
- Deliver against agreed install, activation, and usage targets.
Account Management & Growth
- Manage relationships with installed partners to maximise engagement and performance.
- Identify upsell, expansion, and referral opportunities within your territory.
- Support venue partners with placement, visibility, and promotional activity.
Skills & Experience
Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory.
- Willingness to spend significant time in the field.
Preferred
- 1+ years’ experience in field sales, B2B sales, business development, or hospitality.
- Experience selling an offline or in-venue product or service.
- Comfortable working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Commercial curiosity and adaptability.
Working Conditions
- Salary: base + commission
- Full-time permanent
- Hybrid structure (Majority field based with meetings in London office)
- 32 Days Annual Paid Leave
