This isn’t a “smile and dial” role. This is a high-performance, inbound closing environment with genuine earning potential and the infrastructure to support it.

The Opportunity

You’ll be speaking to warm, high-intent customers who have already expressed interest in transforming their smile. Your role is to guide, consult, and confidently close.

• 10–14 qualified inbound leads per day
• No cold calling or prospecting
• Full support from our clinical and operations teams
• Focus purely on consultative selling and closing

What You’ll Earn

• £35 per unit sold
• Realistic OTE: £60K–£100K+
• Uncapped commission structure
• High performers are consistently earning well above average

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in high-ticket B2C sales (e.g. Aesthetics, Finance, Property, SaaS, Solar)
• Strong objection handling and closing ability
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated by commission and performance
• Confident, engaging communicator who builds trust quickly
