Role Overview
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Business Analysts to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting business operations, driving process improvements and ensuring the smooth execution of client and internal initiatives. This position requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement and a deep understanding of business support functions within financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily monitoring of investment management activities to identify anomalies, patterns, and early indicators of risk.
- Collaborate with the File Review team to align oversight efforts with themes and trends from client file reviews.
- Track and summarise key developments in the investment markets, identifying issues or trends proactively.
- Liaise across departments to uncover root causes of issues and propose process improvements.
- Support delivery of change initiatives and internal projects, including drafting documentation, gathering requirements and tracking milestones.
- Maintain and enhance internal management information (MI), dashboards and reporting tools.
- Ensure team documentation and intranet content are current, clear and compliant.
- Conduct all tasks in accordance with applicable regulatory and compliance standards.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and broader Microsoft 365 tools
- Interest in data analysis and using insights to inform decisions
- Highly organised and detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
- Effective communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across teams
- Motivation to develop a career in business analysis, change or operations within financial services
Preferred Experience and Knowledge
- Exposure to or experience in wealth/asset management or investment operations
- Familiarity with working on datasets, reporting, or dashboard tools
- Awareness of regulatory frameworks within the financial services sector
- Degree-level education is desirable but not essential
