Application Support Engineer– Endpoint Security (Contract)

London (Hybrid 2–3 days onsite)

Outside IR35

£450-£480pd

12 month contract

We’re hiring a Web Integration Engineer to support the rollout of a browser isolation solution (Menlo Security) within our Endpoint Security team.

This is a hands-on integration & troubleshooting role focused on web application behaviour, browser compatibility, and diagnostics — not web development.

What you’ll do:

• Lead web integration & compatibility (auth flows, cookies, headers, browser behaviour)
• Troubleshoot issues across browser, proxy/isolation, and application layers
• Work closely with security & network teams to resolve complex issues
• Document configurations, fixes, and known issues

What we’re looking for:

• Strong web fundamentals & browser troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of proxies, DNS, TCP/IP, and networking basics
• Experience with Menlo Security (or similar) (Island.io, Prisma Browser, Chromium, SURF)
• Scripting (Python/Bash) and cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) beneficial
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
