Their multidisciplinary team of engineers, data specialists and product thinkers are reimagining how modern research should work. As they expand their AI capabilities, they are looking for someone who can bring real research insight into product development.

The Role

• Work closely with engineers to build, iterate and improve product features.

• Shape the feature roadmap by feeding domain expertise into planning cycles.

• Partner with product and go‑to‑market teams to identify performance gaps and opportunities.

• Translate research processes into structured workflows that can be automated.

• Keep development grounded in real outcomes by providing context throughout the build cycle.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience within research, with a deep understanding of research workflows.

• Confident user of AI tools and comfortable integrating them into day‑to‑day work.

• A practical builder mindset, with a track record of developing tools, automations or working alongside technical teams.

• Able to break down research processes into clear, structured and scalable workflows.

• Proactive, curious and comfortable owning your work in a collaborative environment.
