HR Coordinator / HR Advisor

Full-time | Monday–Friday

We’re supporting a well‑established organisation in the manufacturing and digital communications sector to recruit an experienced HR Coordinator / HR Advisor to join their busy HR shared-services team.

This role plays a key part in delivering a wide range of HR activities, supporting managers across recruitment, onboarding, HR data management, employee relations, and policy compliance.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintaining accurate HRIS data, reporting and compliance
• Advising managers on HR policies, performance, resourcing and absence
• Supporting employee relations meetings where needed
• Delivering inductions and training (including compliance/ISO topics)
• Contributing to policy reviews, projects and HR process improvements
• Liaising with external partners such as OH, benefits providers, and agencies

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a similar HR Coordinator or HR Advisor role
• Ideally CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
• Strong HR administration and HRIS skills
• Good understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyse data, produce reports, and work logically under time pressure
• Experience in manufacturing or digital environments is beneficial
