This opportunity sits at the centre of a strategic technical migration and engaging widely across the organisation. You’ll lead complex discovery activity in a large-scale environment, navigating ambiguity, uncovering key information, and driving clarity across multiple technology platforms.
Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will work independently to deliver expert analysis for a significant technical migration. Operating within the Digital Workplace team, you’ll partner with a specialist third‑party vendor and stakeholders across the organisation to understand current systems, identify ownership, and produce high‑quality discovery outputs that support strategic change.
Role Details
- Location: Flexible (Predominantly remote)
- Rate: £475 per day (inside IR35)
- Length: 26 weeks
Key Responsibilities
- Lead investigative and discovery activities across multiple technology platforms.
- Act as the primary liaison between our client and a specialist third‑party vendor.
- Identify business owners and support structures for each technology platform.
- Assess current vendor support status and highlight risks, gaps, and remediation actions.
- Produce clear, structured documentation including risks, issues, and recommendations.
- Define the analysis approach, including tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Engage across a large, complex stakeholder network to gather information not formally documented.
Key Requirements
- Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills across wide stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication and influencing capabilities.
- Proven experience delivering discovery phases for complex change initiatives.
- Ability to work autonomously, proactively identifying information and resolving ambiguity.
- Skilled in a broad range of Business Analysis techniques and documentation standards.
- Experience working within large, complex organisations (telecoms advantageous).
