Job description

We are looking for a Community Coordinator to join our growing team at 2-Work.


The Community Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a flexible workspace while delivering an excellent member experience. This role focuses on front-of-house service, community engagement, administrative support, and assisting the Community Leader in maintaining a welcoming, professional, and well-functioning environment.


This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in enhancing the member experience, supporting operations, and helping build a thriving business community.

As a Community Coordinator, you will:


  • Act as the first point of contact for members, guests, and enquiries
  • Provide a professional and friendly reception service
  • Manage visitor check-ins and member requests
  • Support onboarding of new members
  • Handle bookings for meeting rooms, desks, and facilities
  • Assist in organising community events and networking activities
  • Assist the Community Leader with daily administrative tasks
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Respond to membership enquiries
  • Support member retention through relationship management and service excellence
  • Accurate accounting of monthly Membership revenue
  • Supports the Leader with the performance & profitability of the business through increased revenue & cost control 
  • Ensures the highest standards, to include hygiene & cleanliness
  • Adhere to periodic H&S inspections
  • Help resolve maintenance issues, correct use of approved suppliers and a timely resolution.
  • Reported & identified hazards are actioned.

What We’re Looking For:


  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (inc. English & Maths) at grade 4 or above
  • Absolute commitment to high ethics, integrity & honesty.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
