RideReach is a Manchester-based outdoor advertising company helping businesses increase visibility through mobile digital billboard campaigns.
We work with B2B clients across Greater Manchester, offering a modern and flexible way for brands to promote themselves in busy, high-footfall locations. Our approach is built around strong visibility, local reach, and a more direct street-level presence than traditional advertising channels.
As RideReach continues to grow, we are looking for confident and motivated individuals who can represent the business professionally, build strong relationships, and help introduce our services to more companies.
We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to support business development and client acquisition.
This role is focused on identifying suitable businesses, starting conversations with decision-makers, presenting RideReach’s advertising services clearly, and converting interest into confirmed bookings. You will be representing a growing business with a strong offering, speaking with companies that can benefit from better brand visibility and local exposure.
This position is well suited to someone who is commercially minded, professional in their approach, and comfortable working independently while contributing to the wider growth of the business.
- Approaching and engaging local businesses
- Introducing RideReach and explaining our advertising services
- Generating leads and building a consistent pipeline
- Speaking with owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Presenting packages in a clear and professional way
- Following up enquiries and helping convert them into bookings
- Building positive long-term relationships with clients
- Representing the RideReach brand professionally in the market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with businesses face-to-face, over the phone, and online
- A professional and proactive attitude
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Good organisation and follow-up skills
- A target-driven mindset with a strong work ethic
- Previous sales, outreach, or business development experience is preferred, but not essential
The ideal candidate is someone who is confident, well-spoken, and comfortable engaging with businesses directly. They should be able to build rapport quickly, understand client needs, and communicate the value of RideReach in a professional and credible way.
A good understanding of local businesses in Manchester and surrounding areas would be a strong advantage.
This role offers strong earning potential, with a typical range of £180 to £360+ per day, depending on performance.
Compensation includes:
- £60 per confirmed booking
- Plus a percentage-based reward on every completed deal
