We’re partnering with a well-established, global manufacturing business looking for a Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join their team.
The Role
A fast-paced, varied position supporting sales order processing, logistics coordination, and customer service. You’ll be key in ensuring orders and shipments run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders, invoices, and customer enquiries
- Coordinate UK & international shipments
- Prepare import/export documentation
- Liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and ERP data
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience in admin, sales support, or logistics
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Knowledge of shipping/import-export processes (ideal)
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
