The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating and closing new business revenue.

You'll own the full sales cycle from first outreach through to signed and paid customers. You'll be hands on with prospects, commercially minded and confident running consultative sales conversations with key decision makers.


This involves:

  • Managing inbound and outbound opportunities via an organised and accurately forcasted pipeline
  • Running discovery calls and product demos
  • Prospecting and building your own pipeline
  • Understanding customer workflows, challenges and technical requirements
  • Preparing proposals and responding to RFI and RFQ
  • Negotiating commercial terms and closing deals
  • Working towards individual revenue targets and KPIs


You will need:

  • Highly motivated with great energy
  • Confident running commercial conversations with decision makers
  • Organised and self-sufficient
  • A people person and an excellent and adaptable manner
  • Driven and goal orientated
  • A high EQ with the ability to adapt your sales approach
  • A good level of computer fluency
  • Great listening skills and attention to detail
  • A university Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
