Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing the end-to-end sales process, and identifying potential opportunities for growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting Ailsa's value propositions in sales conversations, providing guidance on leveraging platform features, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves gathering and acting on client feedback to continuously refine services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in sales, ideally working in Saas
• Targets-driven
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and sustain relationships with diverse clients; particularly those in biotech, medtech, agritech, defence and climate / renewables
• Understanding of SaaS platforms or experience in technology-based solutions
• Strong organisational skills and comfort managing multiple sales-focused tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in CRM / sales tool & stacks and data analysis to track leads and sales
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt in dynamic environments
• Goal-oriented mindset with attention to delivering measurable sales outcomes
