What are you going to do:
- a) To prepare Simon's daily and additional medication as directed
- b) To prepare a batch of soda drinks to store each day as directed
- c) To provide assistance with showering as directed
- d) To provide assistance with dressing as directed
- e) To prepare Simon's breakfast, which may include a cooked breakfast as directed upon request
- f) To prepare additional drinks, like coffee, as directed upon request
- g) To prepare additional meals and snacks to be consumed at a later time as directed upon request
- h) To clean Simon's home and property as directed
- i) To prepare Simon to exit the flat as directed upon request
- j) To accompany and support during community based activities as directed upon request
- k) To support access public transport of all forms as directed upon request
- l) To support Simon to have a meal in a restaurant or other location as directed upon request
- m) To support Simon with shopping and related activities as directed upon request
- n) To support Simon with leisure and sporting activities as directed upon request
- o) To support Simon attend meetings and other work activities as directed upon request
- p) To support Simon upon returning from any activity as directed upon request
- q) To support Simon with verbal communication in any medium as directed upon request
- r) To support Simon with administrative tasks as directed upon request
