Role Description

This is a truly diverse role suitable for someone with a desire to be a part of and see all sides of a business. You'll be delivering amazing customer service, creating content for social media, visually merchandising the store, and updating the website. The most important attributes we are looking for are a real affinity for customer service, a positive can-do attitude, and a passion for fashion retail.

This is a challenging and rewarding role for someone wanting to contribute to the success of a growing independent business.

• Hours: 16-20 hours per week, across 2/3 days between 10am-5pm Monday-Friday and preferably able to work on Saturdays.
• From July (or sooner) onwards.

Qualifications

• We require previous experience in a fashion retail store (1-2 years). Experience as a key holder is preferable.
• We are looking for someone to deliver confident customer service, embodying what ALC is all about. You should be able to engage with customers with ease and forge lasting relationships with customers, existing and new.
• You will have a desire to learn all about our brands and products and be able to communicate your knowledge in a friendly and helpful way. 
• Manage and update Instagram, create engaging posts and reels, and interact with customers online to grow our digital presence.
• You will have confidence to work alone and be able to self-motivate yourself.
•  Ideally you will have a degree of flexibility across the working week, and will be able to work Saturdays.
