There’s a lot of noise around AI right now. Everyone’s talking about it. Few are actually doing it — properly, at enterprise scale. This company is one of the few that are.
They’re a leader in Customer Experience transformations, helping some of the world’s biggest B2C brands turn their AI and automation ambitions into real, measurable outcomes.
This is a PURE new business role — shaping what’s possible for clients and helping them take that first step into intelligent CX transformation.
You’ll:
- Lead discovery sessions with new prospects to uncover real AI and automation opportunities.
- Design and validate scalable AI architectures — secure, commercially viable, and easy to sell.
- Present solutions that translate technical capability into business outcomes that make sense.
- Be a technical authority in the sales cycle — the person clients trust to know what works.
- Mentor and guide others as the market evolves (fast).
What You’ll Bring
- A track record of selling into technical environments — ideally AI, automation, or cloud infrastructure.
- Real & actual selling experience and understanding of Conversational AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Comfortable with APIs, microservices, and automation platforms (RPA, LLMs, etc.).
- The commercial confidence to talk value, not just technology.

The Package:
- Up to £120K base, double OTE
- Private health, pension, and life assurance
- You'll need to be in London one or two days per week
