A fast-growing alternative finance lender based in Manchester City Centre is looking for a driven and ambitious graduate to join their team as a Sales Support Executive. The Role

Working closely with the sales and underwriting teams, you will play a key role in supporting the deal process from initial enquiry through to completion. This position offers excellent development into a fully-fledged sales or business development role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales team with new business enquiries and client onboarding
• Preparing and reviewing deal documentation
• Liaising with clients, brokers, and internal teams to progress applications
• Conducting initial financial analysis and due diligence
• Managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate client records
• Assisting with proposal preparation and funding applications
• Providing a high level of customer service throughout the process

About You

• Recent graduate (or equivalent) with a strong academic background
• Highly motivated with a genuine interest in finance and sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Proactive, eager to learn, and career-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
