As a Consultant, you’ll quickly discover how we’re constantly evolving, exploring new ideas and adopting new approaches driven by the value they can bring to our clients.

We help businesses transform and enable their business through Technology, we do this by;
  • Automating how businesses work. simplifying and standardising their ways of working
  • By providing information and insight to enable them to achieve competitive advantage, operational efficiency and manage risk & regulation
  • Evaluating and adopt digital & emerging technologies that disrupt and change business models to gain competitive advantage
  • Supporting the CIO/CTO to be effective, maximising their effectiveness in delivering value from technology while managing costs
You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients and household names across the UK, Europe and beyond, with examples ranging from big-name broadcasters and high street banks to multinational telecoms operators and energy companies.

FoundationNI Technology Graduate Programme
You'll join our FoundationNI Technology graduate programme. FoundationNI is a two-year structured development framework where you'll develop both core consulting and deep technology skills, providing you with an opportunity to put these skills into practice through the projects you work on and business experience. You'll be working alongside experienced professionals within a client team, which will accelerate your learning. Our established technology consulting practice that is continuing to grow serves a diverse international client base, across a variety of industries and in many geographic markets, often working with our colleagues abroad.

You’ll have exposure to a variety of projects across a number of industry sectors and be given the opportunity to develop expert skills within a chosen specialism. As part of your on-the-job training, you’ll be mentored and supported by a senior member of staff and you’ll develop additional expertise in change and project management that will be applicable across all client engagements.


What you need to get in
  • You'll need to have or be on course for a 2.1 degree or above in any subject or
  • You'll need to have a 2.2 degree in any subject and a masters (merit or above) in a STEM related subject
