What are you going to do:
TDA Talent Manager’s are responsible for the attraction, qualification and management of top tier Technology candidates.
As a TDA Talent Manager you will share our core values of communication, empathy, positivity, organisation and continue to add to existing success.
Your primary responsibilities within this role will include but not be limited to the following: Market Mapping, Shortlisting, Candidate Attraction, Qualification & Mgmt, CRM Mgmt
Proactive resourcing of candidates through networking sites, social media and online job-boards (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Jobsite, Github, Twitter etc)
- The review, screening, and shortlisting of candidates for specific skill
- The day-to- day management and updating of CSL (‘Candidate Seduction List’)
- Contribution and updates in the daily morning scrum meetings.
- Management of full candidate recruitment process
- Meeting candidates where applicable in person or on skype
- Updating the TDA CRM (Voyager)
- Identifying new business opportunities for marketing resumes / CVs
What we offer:
Trainee Talent Manager earning potential:
- 1st Year OTE: £25,000 - £45,000
- 2nd Year OTE: £40,000 - £70,000
