The Care Home has a 'Good' CQC rating and is highly rated by residents and their families.Main duties of the job As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their everyday needs, including personal care, medication administration, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. The role requires working alternate weekends and some night shifts, with an initial induction period of 2-3 weeks on day shifts.
