OverviewKite Packaging, a Sunday Times Top 100 business, is looking for Supply Chain Management Apprentices to start in September 2026. The apprenticeship will develop you into the logistics manager of the future at our state‐of‐the‐art facility in Coventry.

Programme DetailsThe 4‐year programme integrates a BSc (Hons.) in Supply Chain Management from Aston University with on‐the‐job training. All tuition and exam costs are covered by Kite Packaging, and you will be mentored by a Senior Manager.

On completion you will be placed in a role that offers a pathway to team leadership or management.

Key Skills & Essential Experience

5 GCSEs with a minimum Grade 6 (B) in Maths and English

112 UCAS points

Confidence in your abilities and ability to build rapport with others

Eligibility to work in the UK

Full UK driver's licence

Salary & BenefitsStarting basic salary of £20,000, rising to £28,000 over the programme.

22 days holiday per year, rising by 1 day each year to 25 days, plus statutory holidays (option to buy/sell up to 3 days)

Pension

Option to become a shareholder after 6 months

After 6 months: life insurance, cycle‐to‐work scheme and optional healthcare scheme

BSc (Hons.) qualification upon completion
