About the role...We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Complex Care Assistant to join our friendly team supporting a young man in his own home in the BA1 area.

This is a rewarding role providing 2:1 support, helping to promote independence and ensure the highest quality of life.

Requirements:

Previous experience in complex care is preferred, but not essential

Local to the Bath area

A caring, patient, and compassionate nature

Ability to work effectively as part of a 2:1 support team

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow care plans

Driver desirable, but not essential

Must have the right to work in the UK

What we offer:

£14.50 – £15 per hour

You will be paid the National Minimum Wage for all attended training sessions, eLearning courses & shadow shifts
