We are looking to add a Sales & Personal Assistant to our current team of young creatives. We feel this would be a perfect job opportunity to a student/recent graduate from either a business or creative background. As our small team works very closely, you may have the chance to offer creative input and be involved in other areas of production, such as set design and construction.
The position has two distinct parts. In this role you would be responsible for client management, dealing with all aspects of client communication via social media, telephone, email etc. This can include issues with orders, payments, deliveries, bookings. You will become the first point of contact for all customers relations. You will also be expected to develop an in-depth knowledge of all company systems and procedures.
In addition, at our events you will work in a sales capacity. You will be selling images from the clients photography experience. This is a relaxed and not pressured environment with no 'hard' selling required. Due to the nature of the event you will need to be comfortable both around and interacting with children. Our events take place either once or twice a month at various locations within the UK. They run for generally 3 days, with each day being between 8-10 hours. All staff stay at accommodation provided by the company during the events.
Outside of the events working hours will be generally 8-4 weekdays at our Swansea production studio.

All of our events and designed in house by our team of creatives, from initial concept through set design and construction and finally post production and image creation.
Currently our workforce is built via a small team of creatives, all under 30 and with a degree in a certain area related to production. Due to the small nature of the team, we are looking for someone who will fit in well both socially and professionally.
