Job description

Care Assistants required for Markfield, Fieldhead, Ibstock, Coalville, Ratby, Groby and surrounding areas.

Full time, Part time roles available

Salary: £9.00 per hour weekdays | £9.50 per hour weekends | £13.50 per hour Bank Holidays + paid mileage + 5.6 weeks paid holiday (pro rata) + QCF training + free uniform.

We have a variety of hours to cover, so there is a shift to suit every Care Assistant.

This job involves traveling from home to home, so you must have access to a vehicle .

The hours are flexible as care is provided at various times of the day, seven days a week.

Responsibilities and Duties of being a Care Assistant at Kare Plus:

Encouraging residents to have the highest quality of life

Promoting independence and choice in their life

Respecting and accepting residents social, emotional, sexual, religious, cultural and political needs

Updating plans for their on-going care

Helping residents with their daily lives such as assisting with eating and drinking, personal hygiene, recreational activities, accompanying residents outside of the home etc.
