ResponsibilitiesAs a Rituals Advisor you are part of our store team. You engage directly with our customers, listen to their needs, and advise them on product choices that are a perfect match.

You turn every customer interaction into a memorable experience, working closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to reach personal and store goals. You ensure a 'best in class' customer experience and follow store operational and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and tidy store according to visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in retail or hospitality.

Customer‐service mentality and team-player work ethic.

Decision making and problem‐solving skills.

Good attention to detail, organized and structured.
