Receptionist - MMA Gym! in London

Your chance to work in an exciting and energising environment. Connect with people in the MMA, Boxing, BJJ and Muay Thai world. Take the chance to learn a new sport! Become a part-time member of the front of house team.

£7.50 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

  1. Two evenings a week (Friday + Monday OR Tuesday) 5pm - 9:30pm
  2. Welcoming members and free trials
  3. Handling member and public enquiries
  4. Managing calendar, memberships (adding, changing), basic retail
  5. Maintaining order, cleanliness in facility

What we ask:

  • University student
  • Customer service experience and reception work a plus
    1. Friendly, professional customer focused attitude
    2. Willingness to contribute to the culture of the gym (member centric, inclusive, friendly, family atmosphere)
    3. Attention to detail and process driven
    4. Willingness to contibute to order and cleanliness of the facility, as well as, administrative tasks
    5. IT literate (For membership booking system, MS Outlook and Google Drive / Google Sheets work)
