What are you going to do:

I need a designer who knows PHP!

Looking for a p/t designer who builds modern sites in html/css with experience coding PHP functions. You will work on our hand-coded sites, do some html/css edits and also PHP updates and modifications and create new functions. You'll also create and edit our html email campaigns. Expertise level is either a very assertive beginner or intermediate.
