Elysia is a food based, social enterprise, start-up with a sustainable twist! We prepare breakfasts, lunch + canapés using high quality rescued food from local independent producers, we make everything using food that would otherwise be wasted due to natural imperfections or overproduction. We deliver by bicycle to businesses in central London for meeting and events.
For instance, we transform organic aubergines that don't fit conventional standards of vegetable beauty, British cheese that was sampled during the maturing process and can't be sold to customer, and handmade granola not needed because of overproduction.

You may wonder where does the name "Elysia" come from? The name Elysia is derived from the Elysian fields in Greek Mythology, a blissful place where Ancient Greeks went for a happy afterlife.
