You need to be:
Enthusiastic and caring
Able to work with children from Reception age up to GSCE level in Maths or English
Working with children of mixed ages and abilities supporting children who may need a boost in confidence with English and Maths or who need challenge and extension. You may be helping to support children who are preparing for exams such as SATS, 11 plus or GCSEs.
Students with relevant experience e.g: teacher training, English or Maths graduates or previous experience working in schools or child care.
