We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Graduate Valuation Surveyor to join our growing London team.

What You'll Be Doing

Assisting in the preparation of Red Book–compliant valuation reports

Conducting property inspections and market research

Analysing comparable evidence, financial data, and market trends

Supporting senior valuers on complex instructions and pitches

Contributing to client presentations and building strong professional relationships

Progressing towards full RICS chartership with structured APC support

What We're Looking For

An RICS-accredited degree (essential)

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

A genuine interest in valuation and the London property market

Ability to work collaboratively within a team-driven environment
