Night Care Assistant

Location: Ashton Manor Care Home, Lancaster, Lancashire

Salary: £13.45 per hour, with overtime paid at £14.95 per hour

Hours: Full-time, 38.5 hours a week, 8pm - 8am shifts on a two-week rolling rota

Schedule:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

About the RoleEvermore Care is seeking compassionate Care Assistant (Nights) to join the team at Ashton Manor , our state‐of‐the‐art, purpose‐built, luxury care home in Lancaster . You will play a crucial role in delivering high‐quality, person‐centred care to elderly residents in a modern and innovative environment. Main Responsibilities

Provide exceptional personal care, including washing, dressing, eating, and toileting.

Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed linens.

Build strong rapport with residents, staff, and families while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Collaborate seamlessly within the multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.

Experience Required

Previous experience (either personal or work‐based) within adult social care

Ability to build positive relationships with residents and the wider team.

Strong understanding of patient confidentiality.
