Summary Of Job RoleWe are looking for a full‐time HR Apprentice to join our London office.

This role will support the HR function with day‐to‐day HR administration. You will help keep employee records accurate, support recruitment and onboarding, assist with payroll preparation, and help make sure our HR processes run smoothly.

This is a development role. You will complete a Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship while gaining hands‐on experience in a global business.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Keep employee records up to date in our HR system (ADP)

Help prepare contracts, letters and other HR documents

Track probation dates and other important employee dates

Help maintain right to work records

Support monthly payroll preparation

Assist with pension and benefit administration

Coordinate interviews and send interview invitations

Prepare onboarding documents for new joiners

Help maintain training and compliance records

Support employee surveys and wellbeing initiatives

Provide general HR administrative support

You may also support other HR tasks as the role develops.
