IT System Analyst - £46k (DOE) - Remote

I am seeking a proactive IT Systems Analyst with experience in Epicor BisTrack and strong SQL skills to support my client’s core business systems. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, supporting users, improving processes, and implementing smart automation solutions, including modern AI-driven tools, to enhance overall business efficiency.

What you’ll do

• Act as the escalation point for Bistrack and SQL-related support issues
• Resolve helpdesk queries efficiently and support day-to-day IT operations
• Use AI and automation tools to streamline processes and reduce manual work
• Develop reports, queries, and system improvements
• Train users and create simple, helpful guidance materials
• Support system integrations and data workflows across the business

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on experience with Epicor Bistrack
• Strong SQL capability (queries, reporting, troubleshooting)
• Background in IT support/helpdesk roles
• Awareness of AI productivity tools, automation platforms, or low-code environments
• Clear communication skills and a user-focused mindset
