Site Manager - 12-month FTC

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong M&E background, ready to take ownership on complex, high-impact projects on a 12-month fixed term contract?

At Dalkia Energy Services, you’ll play a key role supporting the delivery of major construction projects coordinating subcontractors, driving programme, and ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and to the highest standard.

The Role

You’ll be at the heart of site operations, supporting the Project Manager and leading day-to-day activity across live construction environments. From pre-construction planning through to commissioning and handover, you’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing daily site operations and subcontractor activity
• Driving health & safety, including RAMS and site compliance (CDM)
• Supporting buildability, logistics planning, and design coordination
• Monitoring progress, quality, and programme performance
• Leading site meetings and stakeholder communication
• Supporting commissioning, testing, and handover
• Working closely with commercial teams on progress, variations, and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering M&E construction projects
• Strong understanding of site safety, compliance, and regulations
• Confident managing subcontractors in live environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and a full driving licence
• Temporary Works Coordinator (desirable)
