Elite Associates is looking for a Multilingual Luxury Recruitment Resourcer (German / French / Spanish / Italian Language skills) to join the EU team at Elite Associates London.
We are looking for a multilingual Resourcer to join the EU Division, who will work as an extension of our luxury client brands' recruitment processes to fill retail & head office vacancies across the continent. This is an exciting time to join Elite Associates as we undergo a growth phase to expand internationally with a team in New York & vision to open offices in Dubai by the end of 2018 & future plans to grow our office space across Europe allowing for incredible management opportunities in future.
You will have incredible exposure to the most prestigious global luxury brands, the opportunity to build international relationships in Luxury across Europe & the Middle East while providing the best service to our clients & candidates.
The EU division is a hot desk with a lot of activity across various EU territories creating the need for a multilingual recruiter to join our team. We are looking for the super ambitious; those that are eager to work in an entrepreneurial environment & have a direct impact on business growth; that want to step into a business and be recognized for being fantastic. This will provide opportunities to become a Director as we open several more offices across Europe.
This is an entry level role into Recruitment & offers a basic salary plus the ability to earn uncapped commission. 2017 was a record breaking year for the business & we invite you to take a piece of this success by joining Elite Associates London. As a Luxury Recruitment Resourcer you will dedicate your time supporting Luxury Recruitment Consultants on their searches, sourcing & interviewing candidates, mapping the market & becoming an expert in luxury industry knowledge & building your network of candidates while providing them with the high end service expected in the luxury industry. You will become an expert in the European market & preferably have several languages under your belt to use on the job.You will spend much of your time building relationships and networking in the industry and becoming an expert in your area.
