We are looking for Placement Students to work in different areas of our business for 2018/2019. CH&Co's business is divided into a number of specialist brands offering the broadest range of eating, hospitality and venue experiences in the UK today. Lusso - 2 Placements
Lusso is one of the UK's finest catering companies, by appointment to leading legal, media, accountancy, insurance and banking firms. With a highly talented team, inspired by a chefs with five Michelin stars, they use only the finest in fresh and regional ingredients with the flair, passion and state-of-the art expertise to deliver the ultimate corporate dining experience for the UK's most remarkable companies.
This is a very operational role that will give you a full flavour or contract catering within the corporate environment. We are looking for 2 placement students who will be rotating between the different units within central London to support the business. You will be involved in anything from day to day onsite support, working with our frontline teams, mobilising new business units and supporting current units in a variety of operational functions.
Ampersand - 1 Placement
Ampersand offers bespoke catering and impeccable service across a diverse range of esteemed British establishments and day visitor attractions, among them the Historic Royal Palaces, ZSL London Zoo, and the Law Society.
Kew Gardens - There is one placement on offer which will be based at the Kew Gardens. The placement will offer rotational experiences in both Events & Visitor Catering. Half of the placement by each successful student will be spent understanding the events and sales side of the business and following will be spent understanding the catering side of the business.
Chester Boyd - 1 Placement
Our talented City caterers enjoy an outstanding reputation for superb cuisine, established over three decades. Chester Boyd endeavours to deliver the Epitome of Excellence for every client, from the delicious menus to the impeccable service.
This placement offers the opportunity to get involved in some of the most unique and traditional events in the city of London. Chester Boyd caters for the Livery Sector and as a result this role will be operational in all areas of the events industry. From presidential banquets at Mansion House to weddings at Stationers Hall.
