TEAM LEADER - EDINBURGH - CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE SECTOR
H&M Online is a growing part of H&M with centres located throughout Europe and America. Considering our current and future expansion, we need to strengthen our Customer Service Organisation and are offering you one of the most exciting jobs in the market.
This is a Full Time position and you will be based within our prime location in Edinburgh City Centre with an excellent work environment and facilities.
You would be working on a rota basis, 5 days from 7, between the hours of 6am – 9pm Monday to Friday and 6am - 6pm at the weekend, subject to the needs of the business.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Team Leader you are responsible for a team of around 16 agents.
You manage and execute development for your agents and ensure that all Employee Relation responsibilities are fulfilled.
You manage and secure excellent and efficient Customer Service in all channels by following up on operational performance.
You create an inspiring environment where excellence in Customer Service and Employee satisfaction go hand in hand.
