About the role
- Full-cycle Account Executive role focused 100% on closing
- 100% inbound pipeline – no outbound required
- No manual prospecting – consistent, high-quality deal flow
- Monthly quotas with accelerators – top performers regularly exceed target
- High demo volume with strong conversion opportunity
- Work closely with experienced team members in a collaborative environment

About your previous experience
- 2+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of hitting / exceeding quota
- Comfortable running high-velocity, high-volume demo environments
- Strong closer with urgency and excellent follow-up discipline
- Experience selling to commercial, sales, or operational stakeholders preferred
- Background in sales tech, martech, or similar environments advantageous
- Thrives in scrappy, high-growth environments without heavy corporate structure
- Competitive, accountable, and motivated by performance
Package
- Base salary up to £70,000 DOE
- Teammates consistently hitting well over double OTE
- Equity in a high-growth AI business
- Fully remote working (UK-based, ideally within reach of London)
