This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in London. Shine Auto Trading (SAT Japan) is seeking a Sales Executive to join its London showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, driving sales performance, and ensuring a high standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-in customers and online inquiries
- Present and explain vehicle options based on customer requirements
- Handle the full sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional and presentable demeanor
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good understanding of vehicle specifications and pricing
