We are a boutique luxury catering company based in Southfields/Earlsfield, delivering exceptional food and service for private and corporate events. We pride ourselves on organisation, attention to detail and creating seamless experiences for our clients.

The Role

We are seeking an organised, proactive and personable Client & Events Coordinator to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This is a semi-hybrid role, with part of the week based at our unit and flexibility to work remotely.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client communication and has strong administrative and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Responding to and following up on new client enquiries promptly

  •  Preparing tailored menus and detailed quotes for clients

  •  Liaising with the kitchen team regarding menu changes, dietary requirements and client queries

  •  Coordinating with the accounts team to confirm receipt of payments

  •  Ordering equipment and hire items for client events

  •  Following up with clients post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction

About You

  •  Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills (word, excel)

• Previous experience using Xero - the accounting software - useful 

  •  Confident liaising with both clients and internal teams

  •  Able to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines simultaneously

  •  Experience in catering, hospitality or event coordination is desirable
