What will you do?
- Curate bespoke travel itineraries and lifestyle experiences for high-net-worth clients.
- Manage a wide range of member requests related to luxury travel, dining, events, and cultural experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and service providers worldwide.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple requests simultaneously.
- Handle inquiries through phone, email, and digital platforms in a professional and efficient manner.
- Identify opportunities to promote and sell premium lifestyle and travel services.
- Ensure every interaction reflects a high standard of service excellence and professionalism.
Requirements
- Professional-level language skills in Danish (CEFR C2), written and spoken.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, luxury retail, concierge services, travel, leisure, customer service, or call center environments.
- Background in luxury travel, hotels and resorts, VIP concierge services, account management, or similar sectors is highly advantageous.
- Experience with GDS systems is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with members, suppliers, and partners professionally.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for travel, luxury lifestyle, gastronomy, events, and culture.
- Service-oriented mindset with flexibility and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Natural sales ability and experience promoting travel or lifestyle services.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts, including some weekends.
- Based in the United Kingdom, Spain, South Africa or Norway with the ability to work in a hybrid or remote setup, including a secure home office and reliable internet connection.
