E-commerce Executive / Assistant Online Buyer & Merchandiser

London HQ – Hybrid (3/4 Days Office)

Up to £35,000 + Package

Fella & Jones are partnering with a high-growth global luxury marketplace retailer as they continue to build out their London HQ team during an exciting period of international expansion.

We are looking for an ambitious E-commerce Executive / Assistant Online Buyer & Merchandiser to join this fast-paced, commercially driven business. This is a broad and multifaceted role spanning buying, merchandising, and online trading, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day.

The Opportunity

Joining a fast-scaling startup environment, this role requires someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, juggling competing priorities, and rolling their sleeves up to support wherever needed.

You will play a key role in ensuring product is commercially ready from buy through to launch—supporting online trading performance, maintaining data accuracy, and helping to drive the success of a luxury multi-brand online offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end buying and merchandising process from market through to online launch
• Track sales, sell-through, and trading performance, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and minimise risk
• Manage order trackers during buying periods, ensuring selections and orders are input accurately
• Maintain accurate product and pricing data across all internal systems
• Support with buy sheets, pricing updates, and product set-up
• Manage product uploads and launch timelines through Shopify
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive trading performance and operational excellence
• Provide hands-on support across the wider ecommerce function as the business continues to scale

About You

• Previous experience in Buying, Merchandising, Ecommerce, or Online Trading—ideally within luxury or premium fashion
• Strong hands-on Shopify experience is essential
• Highly analytical with advanced Excel / data management skills
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup / scale-up environment
• Happy to be hands-on and roll your sleeves up where needed
• Good understanding of the luxury fashion / branded retail landscape
• Proactive, adaptable, and commercially minded
