Pharmacy Partnership Consultant – Independent Contractor Location: UK (Remote + Field-Based)

About the Engagement

Quix Labs is building the pharmacy-led future of nicotine harm reduction, partnering with community pharmacies across the UK to help smokers and vapers that are looking to get away from smoking and vaping.

We are seeking experienced, self-directed Pharmacy Partnership Consultants to provide business development services on a commission-only basis during an initial 45-day engagement. Consultants are free to use their own methods, tools, and approaches to deliver results.

Scope of Services

This is not a managed pipeline engagement. Consultants are engaged to deliver signed pharmacy accounts. How they get there is up to them.

Within this engagement, consultants may choose to provide some or all of the following services:

• Converting inbound pharmacy interest into signed accounts, including conducting introductory conversations with pharmacy owners and decision-makers
• Identifying and approaching pharmacies through self-directed outreach (phone, email, in-person, or other methods the consultant determines appropriate)
• Facilitating pharmacy onboarding by coordinating with the Quix Labs team as needed for training and initial orders
• Providing optional market and field feedback to Quix Labs on an advisory basis

Consultants retain full discretion over their working hours, methods, tools, geographic approach, and scheduling.

What Success Looks Like (45-Day Period)

Performance will be assessed purely on outcomes:

• 10–20+ pharmacies signed within the engagement period
• Demonstrated ability to convert both inbound opportunities and self-sourced accounts
• Evidence of an independently managed pipeline

High-performing consultants who demonstrate consistent results may be invited to discuss an ongoing or employed engagement at the conclusion of the initial period. This is not guaranteed and is entirely at the election of both parties.

Compensation

• Commission per pharmacy account signed (rate communicated separately)
• Volume milestone bonuses available for consultants who exceed targets
• Performance accelerators for exceptional output

This is a commission-only engagement. No base retainer, salary, or guaranteed minimum is offered during the 45-day period. Consultants are responsible for their own tax, NI, and business expenses.

Consultants operating via a limited company or umbrella company are welcome. A written contract for services will be provided prior to commencement.

Who This May Be a Fit For

This engagement may suit consultants who:

• Operate independently and are comfortable with outcome-based compensation
• Have experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated consumer goods business development
• Have a background in high-velocity B2B sales or account acquisition
• Are accustomed to managing their own pipeline, schedule, and client outreach without day-to-day supervision

This is an independent contractor engagement, not an employment offer. Consultants will not be subject to direction and control over the manner in which services are performed, and are not entitled to employment rights, benefits, or protections. Quix Labs does not provide equipment or tools as a condition of the engagement.
