The role

As a Junior Client Relations Executive, you will support the delivery of seamless, world-class service to a portfolio of high-profile clients. Working closely with senior team members, you will play a key role in managing client requests and ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Managing client requests across luxury travel, dining, and bespoke experiences
• Supporting senior team members in delivering exceptional, detail-driven service
• Attending industry events and assisting in building and nurturing key relationships
• Acting as a point of contact for UHNWI, family offices, and corporate clients
• Maintaining accurate client profiles to support personalised service delivery

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Background in luxury hospitality, client services, or lifestyle management
• Highly organised, discreet, and solutions-oriented
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
