• £40,000 + up to 10% bonus
• London | Hybrid (3 days, flex during ramp-up)

The Social Content Producer will own the full content lifecycle, creating high-performing, platform-native video that drives both engagement and commercial results.

Role Highlights:

• Take full ownership of ideation, shooting and editing social-first content
• Create high-volume, high-quality output optimised for performance
• Turn growth briefs into content that drives retention and conversion

You Will Need:

• Proven experience creating social-first video content end-to-end
• Strong editing skills (Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools)
• Deep understanding of trends, formats and platform behaviours
• Confident shooting content in agile environments (mobile-first mindset)
• Proactive, ideas-driven with the confidence to challenge and improve
