What are you going to do:
Gold Fins Swimming is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and confident Swimming School Helper / Assistant to support lessons at Rise School of Excellence.
This is a great part-time opportunity for a student looking for flexible work in a fun, active and rewarding environment, with the potential to develop into a swimming teacher role over time.
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 4:00pm to 6:00pm / 7:00pm
Saturday: 1:30pm to 4:30pm
Main duties include assisting the swimming teacher during lessons, supporting children in the water, helping set up and put away equipment, supervising and encouraging swimmers, helping maintain a safe and positive lesson environment, and tidying up after lessons.
We are looking for someone friendly, patient, reliable, punctual, comfortable in the water, and able to work well as part of a team.
Strong swimming ability, competitive swimming experience, or being part of a swimming club is a bonus.

Flexible shifts available to fit around studies. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, with opportunities to progress into a swimming teacher role for the right candidate. All roles are subject to safeguarding checks, and an enhanced DBS may be required. A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are key. Immediate start available.
