2 days in the office | £40 - 43,000 + benefits
We’re working with a purpose-led organisation operating within the smart energy space to appoint an Operations Co-ordinator to support a key project focused on improving smart metering access across multi-occupancy buildings.
This is a really interesting opportunity to be part of a growing programme of work, supporting the delivery of a service that plays a role in the transition to a smarter, more sustainable energy sector.
You’ll sit at the centre of the project, coordinating activity, managing stakeholders and ensuring everything is running smoothly day to day.
The role will involve:
- Coordinating the day-to-day delivery of cases within a complex project environment
- Working closely with external partners and suppliers to ensure services are delivered in line with agreed timelines and SLAs
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation throughout the lifecycle
- Supporting planning, scheduling and reporting of project activity
- Gathering, analysing and validating data to support delivery
- Managing queries, troubleshooting issues and escalating where needed
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc project and operational tasks
What makes this opportunity stand out:
- The chance to be part of a growing and evolving organisation within the energy and sustainability space
- A role with real variety, working across operations, projects and stakeholder management
- Exposure to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- The opportunity to develop your experience within a complex and meaningful programme
They are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in an operations, project support or coordination role within a busy environment
- Is highly organised, detail focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident working with stakeholders and able to communicate clearly at all levels
- Enjoys problem solving and is able to navigate challenges calmly and effectively
- Is technically confident, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Can work both independently and as part of a wider team
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of activity, bringing structure to a busy environment and contributing to a project with real impact.
