About the Programme

This Business Management Development Programme is designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice.

You will gain hands-on experience across key areas of business, including campaign management, sales performance, team coordination, and client operations, while developing a broader understanding of how businesses grow and scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the execution and growth of client campaigns

• Gaining exposure to how client contracts are managed, including financial, HR, and administrative processes
• Learning how businesses scale through effective strategy and execution
• Participating in structured training sessions focused on leadership, communication, and business development
